Steps to Reconstruction

The process of restoration began with a site assessment to determine structural integrity.  

This assessment revealed the following:

  •  Immediate need to rebuild portions of the stage wall before eminent collapse.  
  • Overloading of the roof structure.
  • Positive drainage of roof water.

This work was completed on the first and second trips that occurred in 2019 & 2020

Now that the building has been stabilized and secured by a new roof system, the work of interior restoration has begun.  This includes patching holes in ceiling and recasting moldings to restore her beauty.  Below is a slideshow of progress as of 6/30/23
